Refund policy

We want you to love our pants, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit. Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different, we’ve kept our returns policy as simple as possible to help.

If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your product within 30 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used.

For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Please keep the returns receipt and any documentation of your return for your records or until your refund has been processed.

Please note, returns made from outside of the EU may require additional customs documentation & may incur extra customs charges. Please ask your preferred courier about this before sending back your item.

Duer are not able to cover unpaid customs fees & are not responsible for recovering parcels that are either held by customs or returned to sender.

We will be unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit to us.

Please package your return up and include a note with your original order number, name, contact information and reason for return.

Once your return has been received, inspected and processed by our returns team, you will receive an automated email confirming your refund has been processed.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.
